We're at 1701 Old Minden Rd, Suite 22, Bossier City, LA 71111, in the Heart of Bossier Shopping Center, facing Benton Rd. We serve Shreveport, Bossier City and the ArkLaTex.
What are your business hours?
We are open Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and closed Saturday and Sunday. You can book a repair online any time.
How long has BITS PC & Wireless Repair been in business?
We've been repairing computers, phones, tablets and game consoles in Shreveport–Bossier City since 2014.
What devices do you repair?
Windows PCs, laptops and Chromebooks, MacBooks and iMacs, iPhones from the iPhone 8 to the iPhone 18 Pro, Android phones, iPads from 2017 on and other tablets, and PlayStation, Xbox and Nintendo Switch consoles, game controllers and Meta Quest VR headsets. We also build custom gaming PCs, do virus removal, SSD upgrades, data recovery and board-level micro-soldering.

Virus and malware removal is a flat $119.99, including a data backup, full diagnostic, optimization and updates.
How long do repairs take?
Most phone repairs are finished the same day, and most other repairs within a day or two. You get an upfront quote before any work starts, and every repair is warranty backed.
