In response to COVID-19, we have been taking advice from public health experts and monitoring developments. Here's what we're doing to keep you safe.
We're cleaning and disinfecting our store more often in our working stations and customer lobby. We are using the 70% isoprophyl alcohol solution suggested by the CDC, and we are wearing gloves as an additional protection measure. All mobile devices (cell phones), tablets, computers, and gaming consoles will be sprayed with the 70% isoprophyl alcohol solution upon drop off, on our workstation, and upon pickup. We also have an antibacterial station to disinfect your hands. We encourage that you come to our location alone with your device to minimize exposure.
We also intend to stay open unless Local or Federal Government or Property Management instructs us to close. We understand the importance of keeping your laptop computer, desktop computer, tablet, or cell phone functional during this trying time. We are expediting all repairs to accommodate your needs for working from home, keeping a reliable contact with your loved ones, keeping your devices functioning properly for schoolwork, and any business needs.
All inquiries, drop offs, pick ups or consultations will require an appointment for a visit to our location. No MORE than three (3) people will be allowed in a group. However, we do encourage you come alone for your needs. The front door will be locked until you arrive for your scheduled appointment to minimize capacity in our building. Please ring the door bell to notify us of your arrival or call us. We understand the impact this has caused in our community and we are all in this together. At this time and until further notice we are offering 20 percent off our services to anyone who's been impacted by this who might be temporarily out of their jobs. This includes ALL Service Industry, Government, and Medical employees. We hope this little gesture can help with the possible financial strain that we all face.
