Steam Deck, ROG Ally & Legion Go Repair
Cracked screen, drifting sticks or a handheld that won’t charge? We repair and upgrade handheld gaming PCs — Steam Deck, ASUS ROG Ally, Lenovo Legion Go, MSI Claw and more — in-house at our Bossier City shop. Diagnostics are free, and if we can’t fix it, you don’t pay.
Independent repair shop. Not affiliated with, authorized by or endorsed by Microsoft, Nintendo, Lenovo, ASUS, Valve, MSI or any other manufacturer.
BITS PC & Wireless Repair repairs handheld gaming PCs at our Bossier City shop, a short drive from Shreveport. No mailing your handheld off and waiting weeks — bring it in, and you talk to the technician who repairs it.
We see the same problems again and again: drifting thumbsticks, cracked screens, USB-C ports that stop charging, batteries that drain in an hour and fans that grind or run hot. We fix them on the Valve Steam Deck and Steam Deck OLED, ASUS ROG Ally, Ally X and ROG Xbox Ally, Lenovo Legion Go, Go S and Go 2, and MSI Claw.
These are full PCs in a handheld body, so we also handle the PC side: bigger SSDs, clean SteamOS or Windows reinstalls, boot loops, failed updates and driver trouble. When a handheld won’t power on at all, our micro-soldering bench can trace the fault down to the board.
Every repair starts with a free diagnosis and a price you approve for your exact model. Visit us at 1701 Old Minden Rd, Suite 22, Bossier City, LA 71111 — walk-ins welcome Mon–Fri 9am–6pm, or call (318) 562-3090 to check parts for your handheld.
